1. Room Rates
**Rate Inclusions:** Room rates are inclusive of accommodation, and any additional inclusions specified in your booking confirmation.
**Taxes and Fees:** All rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees, which will be added to your bill.
2. Payment Methods
**Accepted Payments:** We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and online payment methods. We do not accept personal checks.
**Payment Timing:** Full payment is due upon check-in. Pre-paid bookings require full payment at the time of reservation.
3. Deposits
**Advance Deposit:** A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The deposit amount and terms will be specified during the booking process.
**Security Deposit:** A security deposit may be required at check-in to cover incidental charges. This deposit is refundable upon check-out, subject to room inspection.
4. Cancellation & Refunds

**Refund Processing:** Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
5. Billing Discrepancies
**Dispute Resolution:** Any billing discrepancies must be reported to the front desk or billing department within 30 days of the billing date. We will investigate and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
6. Incidental Charges
**Additional Services:** Charges for additional services such as room service, minibar, laundry, and spa treatments will be added to your final bill.
**Damage Fees:** Any damage to hotel property will result in additional charges, which will be added to your final bill or deducted from your security deposit.
7. Early Departure
**Early Check-out:** If you need to check out before your scheduled departure date, please inform the front desk at least 24 hours in advance. Charges for early departure may apply as per the cancellation policy.
8. Late Check-out
**Requesting Late Check-out:** Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact the front desk to request a late check-out.
9. Group Bookings
**Payment Terms:** For group bookings of five or more rooms, a deposit is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed terms during the booking process.
**Cancellation:** Group booking cancellations must adhere to the terms specified in the group booking agreement.
