Cancellation & Refund Policy
# 1. Cancellation Policy **Standard Rooms:**
**Free Cancellation:** You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
**Late Cancellations:** If you cancel within 48 hours of the check-in date, you will be charged for one night's stay.
**Non-Refundable Rates:**
Bookings made at non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified. No refunds will be issued regardless of the cancellation date.
**Special Promotions:**
Cancellations for reservations made under special promotions are subject to the terms and conditions specified in the promotion details.
Group Bookings:**
For group bookings of five or more rooms, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date to avoid a penalty. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay per room.
# 2. No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your reservation and do not cancel according to the cancellation policy, you will be charged for the entire stay or as specified in your booking terms.
# 3. Early Departure
If you decide to shorten your stay, you must inform the front desk at least 24 hours before your new check-out date. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the full original reservation.
# 4. Refund Policy
**Eligible Refunds:** Refunds will be processed for cancellations made within the allowable time frame as per the cancellation policy.
**Processing Time:** Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
**Non-Refundable Charges:** Any charges for special services, such as spa treatments, excursions, or other pre-booked amenities, are non-refundable.
# 5. Modification of Reservations
**Subject to Availability:** Reservation modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges if the new dates have higher rates.
**Advance Notice:** Any changes to the reservation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
# 6. Force Majeure Hotel Royal Hills is not liable for any cancellations or refunds due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government regulations, pandemics, or other extraordinary circumstances.
